When using a cell phone or tablet, hold it at eye level so you're not looking down for extended periods of time.
When sitting, sit with back straight, hips and knees at 90 degrees.
And finally, don't get stuck in one position too long. If your job requires sitting at a desk all day, be sure to get up and move every 30-60 minutes.
